Ulf, thank you so much for your response. Yes, I am as passionate as you about empathy. It’s my life’s work (as a Dr. of organizational psychology) to create the psychological conditions that allow people to accomplish amazing things. That doesn’t happen when there is no communication or connection among people. Empathy engenders trust, trust supports candor and candor unlocks collaboration.
