Gustavo, thanks so much for this article. I particularly like your section on learning from your enemies. Blindspots are such a risk and it takes a special person to be willing to trust an enemy when they are exposed. In addition to blindspots, I find it critical to have someone who can help you see your over-strengths. Over using the approaches that have worked for you in the past can be just as harmful as any weakness.
